HOW DO I GET A PAIR?

Contact me via email with the size you require, your postal address and how you wish to pay from the methods below.

On receiving the money I will purchase the boots on your behalf and arrange the conversion.

WHEN WILL I GET MY CONVERTED COPAS?

The day I receive the money / cheque has cleared your boots will be posted. All boots will be posted Special Delivery. This Royal Mail Service will guarantee delivery before 1pm next day. This delivery service is only available for UK customers. Outside the UK I use an Internationally Signed for Service again provided by Royal Mail. So depending where you live could affect the total price of the boots. Please note that items posted Special Delivery Friday will have a guaranteed delivery day of the following Monday.

WHAT GUARANTEE DO I GET WITH THE BOOT?

On purchasing the boots on your behalf I will examine them for any defect which could reduce the life expectancy of the boot before the modification is made. After the conversion I cannot be held responsibly for any boot defect nor will the manufacturer be able to exchange the boot because it has been modified.

I will not purchase or send any converted boots out which are damaged or not to the A1 standard I am accustom to.

On delivery of the boots if you are unhappy with the product in any way a refund will be given with exempt of the postage cost to me as long as the boots are returned within 7 days of delivery and have not bee WORN.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T RECEIVE MY BOOTS?

If you do not receive the boots when expected contact me straight away. The Royal Mail gets a signature at your address for proof of delivery. This can be traced through a tracking number on the Special Delivery slip. There is insurance which I have to claim back through the royal mail if proven the boots were not delivered. To date I haven't had to claim so I don't know how long this process would take. On receiving the insurance money I can refund or send you another pair of converted copas.

Please note that I will not refund or send a replacement pair of boots until it has been proven that the boots were not delivered.

REFUND POLICY

When buying these boots you have agreed to the following refund terms. If you purchase the wrong size and require a replacement you will have to pay the full cost of postage both directions. If you have made a mistake in the size you have ordered and want a refund, the postage cost will be deducted from your refund
